One of the included cones is the shredder cone. The fifth cone is for cutting firm vegetables such as potatoes into french fries. I do not have the instruction booklet. This uses the same cutting cones as the salad master food processor along with other brands.

The rubber suction cup is nice and pliable, it grips the counter tight keeping machine firmly in place.
