The miu france stainless steel mandoline features a selection of blades with variable thickness adjustments which make it one most versatile kitchen tools available for slicing and cutting vegetable fruits. I did try using this one once just to reaffirm my earlier decision again saw no longer had the strength necessary use wonderful kitchen Slicer. The straight carbon blade is for slicing while serrated mainly used crinkle or waffle cuts. So i'm selling this top quality mandoline and am including all the original parts as well its instruction manual. Made from heavy duty stainless starlit is too long for the narrow USPS medium flat rate box.

There are serrated blades for crinkle waffle cuts plus four julienne in 2, 5, 7 10mm. All metal parts of the mandoline are made up high quality stainless steel, making completely dishwasher safe. What I Haydn't told her was that i'd given mine away due to severe arthritis in my hands-which made using the mandoline very difficult if not dangerous. Blades are made from high carbon stainless steel.

The julienne blades can create vegetable or fruit sticks of various width s. The only blade I used was straight carbon. This set weighs approx 4lbs 5oz because the mandoline is heavy. Model received as a once I happened to mention friend that missed miu mandoline used own.

Fantastic condition. The stainless steel guiding plate located on upper section of mandoline is for adjusting thickness vegetable or fruit slices. Please choose which works best for you.
