Review BRON Coucke Professional Gourmet Mandoline Stainless Steel Model

Part of the hand guard pusher has cracked see picture 9, so 3 piece unit doesn't stay together on its own well. This pre-owned unit is in real good condition with just some minor water spot marks on the stainless steel.

The straight blade is slightly damaged and could use a sharpening. Pictures 5 and 6 are close ups of the straight blade. Free domestic shipping.

Fully adjustable slice thickness. A drop of glue would fix that right up.

It is still very much usable, and can be removed for sharpening, or replaced all together if you ever want. Its still hard to see the damage in pictures, but there are a few minor dings on blade. This mandoline comes complete with the set of 4 different sized french fry cutters in their own case, hand guard pusher as well original manual and paperwork. This mandoline slicer can be used to make either straight cuts or, when in the opposite direction, it fluted.
